Function Room Hire

We have outdoor and indoor function spaces available for hire to accommodate all occasions from Kids Parties to Corporate Meetings. 

We have an excellent selection of local and imported tap and bottled beer, a wide selection of wines and spirits. You can even shake it up with a cocktail or two!

THE LEGION ANNEXE

The newest addition to Club Willoughby's function room options, The Legion Annex promises an intimate yet spacious room for your event. Situated on the bottom floor close to the Sports Bar and Orrery Bistro, The Legion Room offers a great facility for a private luncheon or a corporate event with available drinks service. The Legion Room can be set up in Boardroom Style, U shape, Theatre or however your function requires. 

Tea & coffee, morning/afternoon tea, lunch, dinner and drinks can all be provided for your corporate events, with a cocktail, & buffet menu available for  your celebration.

Capacity - 20 seated, 40 cocktail
Facilities - Portable White Boards, Lectern, Projector, Flip Charts

The Auditorium

Club Willoughby's Main Auditorium can be hired for your large Dance Parties, Celebrations or Corporate meetings. The Auditorium has a 125 m2 dance floor, a stage and a carpeted seating area for 80-120 people. The Auditorium has a fully stocked bar with draught beer, a selection of wines and spirits. 
​

Our catering staff can provide everything from tea and coffee to a silver service a la carte menu. Cocktail food, buffet and carveries are a specialty and our menus can be tailored to suit your budget or group size.

Included in the hire costs are use of the P.A/Stereo, Screen, Mic, lectern, and whiteboard.

The Beer Garden

The Club Willoughby Beer Garden is the perfect venue for a celebration! Located at the back of the main Club, it can be sectioned off to give you the privacy you'd like for your function. The Beer Garden is very spacious and can seat up to 60 people and hold up to 100 standing.

Our catering staff can provide a lovely outdoor BBQ for you from a simple sausage sizzle to a full-blown extravaganza. With the option of the removable bar you can have draught beer, spirits & wine all setup for your convenience.

The Boardroom

The Boardroom is our smaller function room which will suit your corporate events and celebrations with a maximum of 35 people. The Terrace room can seat 30 people in Theatre Style, 15 people in a U-shape and 10 people in a boardroom setup. The room can hold 35 people standing for your celebrations.

In the room you'll find a whiteboard & projector screen with add-ons including: Mic, Lectern, stereo, TV & DVD player. 

Tea & Coffee, morning/afternoon tea, lunch and dinner are available for your meetings with a Cocktail menu & buffet menu available for your celebrations.

The Penshurst Room

The Penshurst room is located at the back of the Main Auditorium and is the perfect venue for your medium sized corporate events & celebrations. The Penshurst room can hold 50-60 people seated in theatre style, 30 people seated in a U-shape and 20 people seated in a boardroom setting. The room will also hold up to 70 people standing.

In the room you'll find a whiteboard and screen, add-ons include: Mic, Lectern, Stereo, TV & DVD player.

Tea & coffee, morning/afternoon tea, lunch, dinner and drinks can all be provided for your corporate events, with a cocktail, & buffet menu available for  your celebration.
