B-toned Pilates is located at Club Willoughby on Sydney’s North Shore and run by Cathy, an experience Pilates instructor. Pilates can be used as a stand alone fitness or weight loss program or in conjunction with other activities such as walking, tennis or boot camp. Pilates is a non impact exercise regime that develops core strength, flexibility, muscle tone and balance and it is recognised as an anti-aging program.
A term of 10 classes is $170, 20 sessions or two classes per week is $320, The casual rate is $25 per class, The classes suit men and women of all ages and are small so that each individual is assured that they are progressing with the right method.
