*  Clause 74(a) of the Club constitution allows the Directors at their discretion to appoint up to a further 2 directors and those persons shall hold office for 3 years only, or as the Board nominates at the time of appointment.
After the appointment of such a director, within 21 days of the appointment the Club must place, on the notice board within the Club and on the Club website a notice which sets out the reasons for the appointment, including the person’s skills and qualifications and any honorarium.
