The Willoughby Club directors have, under rule 73 ( a) of the Club's Constitution appointed Mr Greg McNally, to the board of Willoughby Club for a term of twelve (12) months from 6 April 2025 to 6 April 2026.
Greg has been a previous member of our club and is a long-term local resident, having worked as Barrister for over thirty years, having been admitted to the Bar in 1986. Greg was appointed Senior Counsel in 2007 and has a broad experience in commercial and equity practice. Greg is regularly briefed by ASIC to appear before the Companies Auditors Disciplinary Board (CADB). Greg is also frequently asked to appear in employment, building and construction and general contractual disputes. Greg brings significant Legal Knowledge to the Board, which will assist with its current construction project. Greg has the following qualifications and expertise:
Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Laws from the University of Sydney
Rotary Foundation Graduate Scholarship.
LLM (Master of Laws) from the University of California (Berkeley)Appointed Arbitrator in 2011.
Accredited Mediator with the NSW Bar Association.
Areas of Legal practice:
As an appointed director, Greg will, like existing directors on the board, not currently receive an Honorarium.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Sixty-Fourth Annual General Meeting of members of the Willoughby LegionEx-Services Club Limited is proposed to be held on Sunday 19th November 2023, commencing at 11am, at the premises of the Willoughby Park Bowling Club Ltd, 13 Robert Street Willoughby East, NSW 2068.
Registration for AGM attendance commences at 10:30am for an 11:00am start to the meeting. This year, due to the timing of the publication of the Annual Report we will accept Motions up until two weeks out from the AGM(5th Nov) please note.
