CEO Leadership Transition Announcement
The Board would like to announce that effective May 1st, 2026, Mario Machado will be stepping down from the CEO role for personal reasons and moving overseas for an extended period of time and as such, the Board has appointed Kellie Reeve as Acting Chief Executive Officer in his place.
Mario and Kellie have been an amazing team driving the integrity of both the Clubs’ opening and continuing operational success. Thanks to Mario and Kellie, we have a team we have all grown to be very proud of, and we are confident that with Kellie as Acting CEO, the Club is in safe hands and will continue to go from strength to strength.
The Club takes this opportunity to thank Mario for his efforts in bringing the Board’s vision for Club Willoughby to reality and wishes him and his wife safe travels and success for any future endeavour they may take.
